By accessing or using MyTrial AI ("MyTrial," "Service," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service.

AI-Generated Content

MyTrial uses artificial intelligence to provide trial matching, eligibility explanations, and other content. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content may not always be accurate or complete
  • AI cannot replace professional medical judgment
  • You should verify important information independently
  • AI responses are subject to the limitations described in our AI Transparency Center

User Content and Data

You retain ownership of any health information or other content you provide to the Service ("User Content"). By providing User Content, you grant us a limited license to:

  • Match you to clinical trials
  • Share your information with trial sites at your request

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Trial information will be accurate or current
  • Matches will result in trial enrollment
  • The Service will meet your specific needs

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MYTRIAL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
  • Any damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service
  • Any medical decisions made based on information from the Service

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyTrial and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any rights of another

Changes to Terms

Termination
