Actions you can take regarding your personal data
You can request a copy of all personal data we hold about you, including your health profile, trial matches, and activity history.
View your data in your account settings or request a full export.
Export your complete profile data in a machine-readable format (JSON) at any time. This includes all information you have shared with us.
Download your data from your account settings.
Request permanent deletion of your account and all associated data. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
Submit a deletion request through your account or contact us.
If any information we hold about you is inaccurate, you can update or correct it at any time through your profile settings.
Edit your profile directly in your account.
You can limit how we use your data, including opting out of certain types of matching or communications.
Adjust your privacy settings in your account.

How to Exercise Your Rights
Step-by-step guidance for each action
Access and Download Your Data
- 1.Sign in to your MyTrial account
- 2.Go to Account Settings > Privacy > Your Data
- 3.Click "Download My Data" to receive a JSON file with all your information
- 4.The download will be ready within a few seconds
Delete Your Data
- 1.Sign in to your MyTrial account
- 2.Go to Account Settings > Privacy > Delete Account
- 3.Review the information about what will be deleted
- 4.Type "DELETE MY DATA" to confirm your request
- 5.Your data will be deleted within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email.
Note: Data deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Consider downloading your data first.
Correct Your Data
- 1.Sign in to your MyTrial account
- 2.Go to your Profile page
- 3.Edit any field that contains incorrect information
- 4.Save your changes

Under Washington's My Health My Data Act, you have specific rights regarding health data including consent, access, and deletion rights.
